Tablet Blister Packing Machine How to replace the mold

01. Blister machine foam roll mold replacement

Cut off the water source of the blister machine, open the two drain screws on the sealing cover, and remove the accumulated water in the inner cavity of the foam roller mold. Unscrew the five hexagonal socket screws on the sealing cover, remove the sealing cover, use a tool to remove the round nut that fixes the bubble rolling mold, pull the bubble molding out from the main shaft, and then follow the reverse steps to install the bubble rolling mold. Be careful not to scratch or damage the rolling mold surface when disassembling. When installing, apply a little engine oil on the mating surface and check whether the O-ring is intact. After installation, the moon-shaped valve should fit closely with the end face of the foam roller mold.

02, Replacement of stepping roller

Unscrew the nut on the stepper roller and pull out the stepper roller.

03. Stepping mechanism and punching mechanism

04. Stepping mechanism and punching mechanism

Synchronous adjustment: See the stepper roller section of "Main Mechanisms and Functions".

05. Blister heating temperature adjustment

The forming temperature is closely related to the quality of the blister. If the temperature is too high, the plastic film will be too softened, and the bubble top will be easily absorbed, and the blister may even be broken. If the temperature is too low, it will be difficult to absorb the bubbles, or even the bubbles will not be sucked out. Generally, the forming temperature should be controlled within 150-190℃. The heating temperature is adjusted by a voltage regulator. The voltage corresponding to the forming temperature is about 160-200V. The voltage regulator is installed in the transmission box on the back of the fuselage.

06 Adjustment of transverse position of film and aluminum foil

Refer to the aluminum-plastic reel part of "Main Mechanisms and Functions". First loosen the tightening nut on the outside of the adjusting nut. Turn the adjusting nut to move the lateral position of the film or aluminum foil. After the adjustment is completed, re-tighten the tightening nut.
