Weighing module loading system  foundations are usually divided into two types, concrete foundations and steel structure foundations. In order to ensure good measurement performance, the foundations should meet the following requirements:

1.1 Requirements for concrete foundation for Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Machine

If there is a concrete foundation below the module, it is generally necessary to arrange the embedded slab in advance. The relevant requirements are as follows:

1. Strength requirements for Vacuum Emulsifying Machine

The concrete should meet the relevant mechanical requirements of the module, and the strength should be sufficient. The specific mechanical requirements depend on the project situation.

2. Dimensional requirements for embedded boards for Vacuum Emulsifying Machine

Generally, it is required to be larger than the lower transition plate of the module, and the welding seam position should be reserved, and the thickness should not be less than that of the transition plate.

3. Flatness requirements of embedded boards for Vacuum Emulsifying Machine

For a single module, the flatness of the installation plane below should be guaranteed, and the maximum angle between a single installation surface and the horizontal plane should not exceed 0.5°, and the height difference between the installation surfaces of multiple modules should not exceed 3mm, which can be leveled by a gasket.

1.2 Basic requirements of steel structure for Vacuum Emulsifying Machine

If there is a steel structure foundation below the module, generally the following conditions must be met:

1. Rigid requirements

Generally, from no-load to full load, the overall flexible deformation of steel structure should be less than 1/1000. If this cannot be met, local strengthening of the steel structure should be considered. Common methods are shown in the figure below.

2. Flatness requirements for Vacuum Emulsifier Machine

For a single module, it should be ensured that the maximum angle between the installation plane below and the horizontal plane is not more than 0.5°, and the height difference between the installation surfaces of multiple modules is not more than 3mm, which can be leveled by a gasket.
