The emulsification temperature also sometimes has an effect on the particle size of the emulsion. For example, when the fatty acid soap anionic emulsifier is used for emulsification by the primary soap method, when the emulsification temperature is controlled at 80 °C, the particle size of the emulsion is about 1.8-2.0 μm. If emulsification is performed at 60 °C, the particle size is about 6 μm. When emulsified with nonionic emulsifiers, the effect of emulsification temperature on particle size is weak.
